As a German Tier 1 automotive supplier, naturally, ZF is respected for the prowess of its engineers.
But the company wanted to put the spotlight on them for National Engineers Week, so they surveyed engineers throughout the company to let them tell what they like best about the profession.
Martin Fischer, ZF Board of Management Member and President of the Americas Region also sent a confidential letter to employees observing the day, saying “I wanted to take a moment to recognize and express my appreciation for the important role that engineers play at ZF. At the heart of any transformation is the human talent that makes it all possible. Engineers Week serves as a powerful reminder of how people and engineering are the true drivers of innovation.”
